Timely processing of orders: The memory market in a highly volatile, constantly changing world market and prices are subject to rapid and unpredictable change. Unless specifically noted on our written quote, prices quoted are valid only for orders received by LRS within 5 business days.

All LRS products have been thoroughly tested and are free of defects in material and workmanship. LRS, at its option, will repair or replace this product at no charge if any malfunction should occur, provided that (1) the product or any part thereof has not been abused, misused, neglected, replaced, repaired or modified, (2) the product is still owned by the original purchaser and (3) the product was properly installed in the original machine for which it was purchased and used in its recommended environment. LRS shall make the final determination as to the existence and cause of any defect. Memory products that are ordered as "generic" or "industry standard for use in unspecified computer systems may be repaired or exchanged only.

Except as provided herein, there are no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances will LRS be liable in any way to any purchaser for any damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost wages, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use this product. LRS reserves the right to make modifications to module design specifications without notice.

Should any problem arise with your memory, simply call or email us for a return authorization. Please be prepared to tell us the production tracking number that is listed on the memory module identification sticker. A return authorization number is then issued and a replacement will be cross shipped, at our expense, to you. No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number. All return shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the purchaser, and memory must be returned within 10 working days to LRS. Item's not returned within 10 working days are subject to restocking fees. Customer requests for exchanges due to miss-ordered products will also be charged for LRS outgoing freight costs on the replacement product.
